Not All Backflow Preventers Are the Same
Choosing Wilkins is a Wise Long Term Decision

Don't assume all backflows are the same.  Some manufacturers designs do not lend themselves to simple in-line repair.  The encourage you to replace rather than repair, adding to the stability of their business model, but not yours.

Wilkins backflow products are designed to provide lowest life-cycle costs by offering:
  • Easy to perform maintenance and repair, resulting in lowest labor costs.
  • Low-cost repair kits.
Once you consider the costs to test, clean and repair over the life cycle of a backflow preventer, Wilkins is in a class by itself.

Wilkins offers proven designs with consistent results, simplified maintenance, shorter lay-lengths and repair kits costing significantly less.

Seven Seconds To Your Next Buyer
Today's buyers are checking your web site for your credentials.  How do you appear?

It's no secret that today's customers are viewing your web site before they call your company.  They want to see if you are qualified and credible before they contact you.

So how do you make sure you are creating the right impression?

According to industry consultant Jeff Carowitz, the seven second rule in web site design says your web site must capture a customer's attention on the main landing page within seven seconds, or the customer will move on to investigate other web sites.

Some tips to optimize your web site for the seven second rule:
  • Capture the customer's attention by appealing directly to their needs (e.g. the beautiful landscape you've always wanted), don't just brag about yourself.
  • Use eye-catching graphics, but avoid annoying movies that keep customers from getting to real information.
  • Make sure your navigation system makes it easy to find information.
  • Offer a photo gallery of past projects to showcase your work and provide ideas.
  • Give them a reason to contact you. Provide a direct link to your feedback form so potential clients can get information fast.
